  1. Pursed-lip breathing: It is one of the simple ways to shortness of breath. It quickly helps in slowing the emergence of breath that can also make each breath deeper and more efficient. It also helps to release in the air that is been trapped in the lungs.
  2. Sitting forward: It is the first thing you should do when you are attacked with the breathing problem. Just relax either on a desk or on a chair and then you can feel it is easier to breathe. Don’t forget to relax.
  3. Sitting forward supported by a table: If the second one won't work out well try this one. Actually this is the advanced version of the second one. Take a chair and a table adjust yourself by laying your head on the table. Be comfortable and let some time to pass. Make sure to have an inlet or an outlet in your resting place for the income of fresh air.
  4. Standing with a supported back: As the air is been struck at the lungs by standing straightly we can have some relaxation. With a supported back, you can have more comfortable breathing.
  5. Sleeping in relaxation: If it is considered to belong period problem or you are the person with a long period of breathing problem. Then it is better to relax by laying your body on the ground. You should first control the anxiety levels and then later start taking long breaths.
